Provided HR data analysis / workforce profiling and research for SMEs and start-up enterprises including Mobile Systems International, Thompson Aero Seating, Line Learning, Atrium, World Telecom and Grouptrade.
Managed cross function operations of up to 500 people – with responsibilities spanning North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Australasia.
Possesses a degree in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Warwick and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Carleton University in Canada.
Qualified as an Agile Practitioner and a Certified Change Manager.
