Thirty years’ director-level experience as a HR, behavioural, organisational change and innovation and transformation leadership in complex, global and regulated organisations as well as start-ups and SMEs. 

Program managed transformations, including digital changes such as Workday and Oracle,  on behalf of CEOs and HR leaders in global organisations such as Canon, Qantas Airlines, Siemens, Accenture, RBS, Westpac Bank, BT, Petronas Shipping, AVIC Cabin Systems, Royal Mail Group, Cisco Systems, Centrica Energy and NEC Telecoms.

Provided HR interim, assignment and project management support for nearly twenty SMEs and start-up enterprises including Mobile Systems International, Thompson Aero Seating, Line Learning, Atrium, Evolution, Energis, World Telecom, Filenet, Onyx and Grouptrade. 

Managed ‘matrix’ and ‘virtual’ project teams and work-streams of up to 400 people – with responsibilities spanning North America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Australasia.

Possesses an International MBA from the University of Bath and is a Graduate Member of the UK’s Institute of Personnel and Development.

Qualified as an executive coach, Agile Practitioner, Lean 6 Sigma Practitioner and Thomas International certified.
